MCCF is using cricket to bring hope, inspiration, and opportunity to thousands of people around the world. In the UK, our national cricket Hubs are nurturing talent and helping around 2,500 young people from under-represented groups to access and progress through the talent pathways. No young person should be prevented from reaching their full potential on the pitch because of their race, gender, or economic circumstances, yet the current system is failing them and the game is missing out on talented young players. Overseas our work in Nepal and with refugees in Lebanon supports young people from two of the most deprived countries in the world to live healthier, happier, and more fulfilling lives and to identify and nurture the future household names of cricket. ▼
