To provide a fully supportive hands-on nursing service to patients in the latter stages of a life-limiting illness, within their own homes. To support this with the provision of Befriending, Bereavement Support and Counselling services to patient's families and carers for as long as required. To provide all services free of charge on a 24/7 basis every day of the year. ▼
