We understand that many family and friends may wish to donate to a charity in memory of a loved one, and we consider this an important part of the support we provide.
As part of arranging a funeral with us, we can create a dedicated online donations page. We use Memory Giving, a trusted donation platform for Funeral Directors, to coordinate and collect memorial donations securely on your behalf. When you book a funeral with us, we will set this up for you and manage everything.
Your personalised donations page can include the following optional features:
- A photograph of your loved one
- A personal message or tribute
- Details of the funeral service, including an interactive map
- A section for family and friends to leave messages and tributes
The page will normally remain open for 6–8 weeks.
All donations are made securely by debit or credit card and are sent directly to the charity you choose. Donors automatically receive an acknowledgment thanking them for their gift. If eligible, they can also choose to use Gift Aid, which allows the charity to increase the value of the donation by up to 18% at no extra cost to the donor.
