I remember Bob for his generosity and keen sense of humour. As well as being a great friend, he was also a supportive colleague whom I valued and greatly admired. With my late husband, Hugh, I spent many happy social occasions with Bob and Pauline and their family and friends. Bob will be much missed. My thoughts and condolences are with Pauline and her family at this saddest of times.
