Holmes & Daughters is a professional Funeral Director in Feltham, originally established in 1993 by brothers David and Andrew Holmes. The brothers were inspired by their stepfather’s work as a coroner’s officer and combined their skills, Andrew’s industry apprenticeship and David’s financial management, to create a dedicated family-run firm. With the help of their extended family and friends, the business quickly built a reputation as a compassionate alternative to larger firms, leading to the opening of the Feltham branch in 1994.
In 2000, the Holmes family transferred ownership to G M Luff & Partners, with John Holmes continuing to oversee the local management as a member of the Board. Today, our Feltham team remains committed to providing a dignified and caring service to families across Feltham, Hounslow, and Stanwell, maintaining the high standards of support the community has come to expect.
As part of the Ford Mears group, Holmes & Daughters has seen significant investment in modern facilities and an extensive selection of funeral vehicles. This partnership enables us to provide a wide range of bespoke service options while retaining the personal, family-led touch of a local funeral home. We are ideally situated to arrange and conduct services at South West Middlesex Crematorium (often referred to as Hanworth Crematorium), which serves as our nearest local facility.
