Vito Maurici
Passed on 06 August 2025, aged 81 years.
"Our Dad, Vito Maurici, was a man of deep loyalty and love. Nothing mattered more to him than his family and Sicilian values where food, laughter and togetherness were sacred.
As The Godfather, Vito Corleone said: "A man who doesn't spend time with his family can never be a real man."
Dad made every moment with family feel important. He lived fully, gave generously and loved deeply. the sun he loved so much shines a little bit less brightly without him. He is missed by all who knew him but his warmth, his stories and his legacy live on in every one of us.
In place of flowers, we kindly ask for donations to VISOR (Visually Impaired Support of Richmond) - a local charity that meant a great deal to our dad. Dad lived with glaucoma and vision loss, but that never stopped him. VISOR supported him with countless memorable trips and activities. Your donation will help others like him continue to live fully."
