It is with Great sadness Christine and all the family announce the passing of Stephen Day. Stephen sadly passed away at Frimley Park Hospital on Friday 18th October 2024.
Stephen will be sorely missed by all who knew him especially his loving family.
Donations in memory of Stephen if desired are to be made payable to Naomi House & Jacksplace Hospice for Children and Young Adults and Sue Ryder care.
